::Terms and Conditions
- We will
keep the program for the event up-to-date on our web
site but we do reserve the right to change the agenda
without notice.
- All talks and questions made at the conference may be used to provide research,
which will be owned by EyeForHealthcare.
:: Our Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions
We know how busy our customers are so we try to offer you the maximum flexibility
when registering for our conferences.
- You can
cancel without penalty as long as you let us know
in writing on or before November 24, 2006
- If you
need to cancel your place at the event after November
24, 2006, you will be charged a 15% administration
fee.
- If you cancel your place less than 24 hours prior to the event we are obliged
to charge the full conference fee.
- Places at our events are always transferable with colleagues. Just let
us know the new attendee's name and contact details.
- Payment must be made prior to the event
Please note if you register for the event and do not turn up we will be obliged
to charge you the full fee for the conference.

:: Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your registration process is fast, efficient and
all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences
Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event
a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.
:: Discounts
Only one discount to be used per purchase at the discretion
of EyeforHealthcare's Customer Service team. To find
out if you are eligible for a greater discount, contact
pnapper@eyeforhealthcare.com.
